wHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERy?
Currently Orders are being affected by covid - 19 but this doesn't mean much to you! all it means is our orders are being shipped slightly slower than usual so you can usually expect your order to be dispatched within 1-2 days!

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUSTAINABLY SOURCED?
Of course they are! All our timber products are FSC certified. The FSC promote environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial, and economically viable management of the world's forests.
Do you aCcept returns?
Unfortunately at this time we don't accept returns if you change your mind. However if there is an an error with your order, or in the unlikely event this is damaged please notify us within 3 working days so we can sort it.
Do i qualify for free delivery?
We hope so! We offer free delivery for the majority of the U.K, however, there are some areas where this is not possible.
delivery charges to the majority of Scotland will be an additional £5.00 but some areas are charged by weight of the product. so if anything changes, we will get in touch before we confirm your order and make sure you're happy!
due to the remoteness of the following postcodes the delivery charge will be £0.75P PER KILO. PA1-19, AB, IV1-56, FK19-21, KA27-28, KW1-14, PA20-39 & PH
Delivery costs for northern Ireland are;
Order Value under £2000 Delivery charge £60.00
Order Value £2000 to £5000 Delivery charge £90.00
Order Value over £5000 Delivery charge £120.00.

In the unlikely event you have a damaged or missing part then please get in touch with us using the contact us page and we will look to have youR part replaced.
do you offer warranty?
We offer 12 months warranty on all products. this does not include wear and tear. In the unlikely event that your order in damaged in transit please get in touch with us within 3 days so we can put this right.
